Maggie's Farm "50/50" is a dark rum made with an equal blend of two rum styles. 50% of the rum is made from our rum, fermented and distilled in house from raw turbinado sugar. The other half is dark rum fermented and distilled from molasses, aged in and imported from Central America. We blend these two rums equally and re-age them for an additional 6-9 months to create a unique dark rum ideal for mixing or sipping.
