Only available seasonally, Maggie’s Farm Queen’s Share Rum is our overproof reserve spirit made exclusively from the tail runnings of our regular distillations (this is the Queen’s Share method of distillation). We keep these tail runnings and re-distill them on their own. This results in a more flavorful and complex spirit. Bottled at cask strength in a rotating line of barrel finishes. The current bottling is a blend of 3- and 7-year-old rums at 114proof in a Double Oak finish, having spent at least six months in a toasted oak cask with the balance of aging taking place in a neutral ex-rum cask.
