Pot-distilled from turbinado sugar, this rum is aged for a minimum of three years in ex-rye whiskey barrels before being finished for brief periods in Oloroso Sherry casks from Jerez, Spain. This creates a full-bodied herbaceous sipping rum with hints of dark fruit and nuts. Batch #13, comprised of rums aged between three and five years, is currently available and bottled at 90proof.
