Only available seasonally, Maggie’s Farm Queen’s Share Rum is our overproof reserve spirit made exclusively from the tail runnings of our regular distillations (this is the Queen’s Share method of distillation). We keep these tail runnings and re-distill them on their own. This results in a more flavorful and complex spirit. Bottled at cask strength in a rotating line of barrel finishes.
In addition to the current aged variation available, we're also offering an overproof unaged version bottled at 110proof... because it makes the best daiquiri we ever had. This is the first batch off the new still at our new distillery. Here's an Eater article from 2016 where Jeff "Beachbum" Berry listed it as one of his "daiquiri-approved" rums.
